Convenient location, close to city center. Responsive owner, good communication. Working equipment. Limited parking available. Flexible check-out time.

The room at 412b Westgate - Room 6 was just perfect for me. It had a cozy feel, with a wardrobe to keep my clothes tidy. The flat-screen TV made it easy to unwind after a long day.
I personally didn't like the fact that there was only a kettle for making hot drinks. Others may still find it convenient, though.

Great comms, nice guys. Let us in early when we requested change to arrival time. Hot shower. Nice room. Great location, walking distance to town centre. Great breakfast place across the road.
Only one towel , no soap. Dirty kitchen, rubbish piled up.

I recently stayed at 412B Westgate in Newcastle for a couple of nights. The location was great, just a short walk uphill to the city center. Parking on the streets nearby was convenient. The check-in process was smooth and the owner was always polite and responsive. The room was nice and had all the necessary equipment. Additionally, they were flexible with our arrival time and allowed us to check in early. We enjoyed a hot shower and there was a fantastic breakfast place called 'Bentleys' just across the road.
100% Recommend this hotel.

The room at 412b Westgate-Room 6 is super cozy and feels like home! The bed is comfy, and the flat-screen TV is perfect for a lazy night in. Plus, the free WiFi is a bonus for someone like me who loves to stay connected.
Personally, I would have preferred a coffee maker instead of just a kettle. But hey, that's just my coffee addiction talking!

Location-wise, the hotel was within walking distance to the city center and had nearby parking options. The check-in process was smooth and the check-out time seemed flexible.
Where do I begin? The corridors had a foul smell that seeped into the apartment, making my stay unpleasant.

During my recent stay at 412B Westgate - Room 6, I found the location to be quite convenient, as it was close to the city center and easy to navigate. The owner of the property was also very polite and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and hassle-free. Despite some minor issues with the equipment, everything more or less worked, which was a plus.
I did notice that the bed in the room was too soft for my liking, as I prefer a harder mattress for a comfortable sleep. Additionally, there were some maintenance issues with the property, such as cracked bathroom tiles and a broken main door, which made me feel a bit uneasy about the security of my belongings.

The Baltic Centre for Contemporary Art was conveniently located 4.1 km away, just the perfect distance for a leisurely stroll. St James' Park was a mere 1.7 km away, so close that I could almost hear the football chants! And let's not forget the Utilita Arena, a thrilling 2.1 km away, providing the perfect excuse for a pre-show strut.
Oh, how I loved the smell of the corridors, just delightful! And the bathroom, with its collection of pubic hairs and charming spider webs, really added that extra touch of character.
